Will this actually last?
Prefabricated wall panels are produced under controlled factory conditions. Full compliance with EuroCode 5 — the structural standard mandatory across the European Union.
Will banks finance it?
Yes. Standard mortgage on the same terms as a traditional home. The bank's appraiser values the property identically, and the land register entry is processed the same way.
Will it be warm enough?
In premium variants, thermal transmittance of exterior walls can reach U ≈ 0.15 W/m²K — significantly above WT 2021 requirements. Insulation is factory-embedded in the panel, without thermal bridges.
How long does it take?
From contract signing to key handover — 120–150 days. Traditional construction typically takes 18 to 24 months. The difference: no weather delays and no winter shutdown.
What about paperwork?
